History

After having worked for several wineries as a winegrower in Burgundy (Domaine Paul Misset and Jayer-Gilles) and in the Rhône valley (Famille Perrin & Fils), it was in January 2016 that Julien created the Domaine Julien GROS, in taking over the operation of several family plots.

Savoir-Faire

In the cellar, Julien Gros practices a thoughtful and meticulous winemaking approach. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo a gentle fermentation process to preserve their delicate flavors and aromas. The wines are then aged in French oak barrels, allowing them to develop complexity, structure, and a harmonious integration of flavors.
